- You must not already hold an existing wintk account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently active on your account.
Account Registration and Security
Each eligible player may register one account on the wintk Platform. Registration is free of charge. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials at all times.

Account Security Obligations
You must never share your wintk login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify wintk support immediately via live chat. wintk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
Deposits and Withdrawals
wintk supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit is ৳500. wintk does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the banking institution.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
- wintk does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any charges applied are levied by the payment provider, not by wintk.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
- Withdrawal requests are processed by wintk within a few minutes to a few hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during public holidays, Eid periods, or periods of high platform activity.
- Accounts must pass KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. wintk may request government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
- Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover condition has been met in full.
Bonuses and Promotions
wintk offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific bonus-level terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules:
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus one time only, on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is non-transferable.
- All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- wintk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be compensated for the cancellation of a promotion that has not yet been activated.
- Bonuses may only be used for the game types and categories specified in the individual promotion. Bonus funds used in restricted game categories will not contribute to wagering requirements.
- wintk reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same general rules above unless otherwise stated. The value of each free spin and any associated maximum win cap will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. wintk may introduce seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments — each carrying their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the wintk Platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Operating more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game state information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit bonus structures.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gameplay, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a conduit for illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or RNG patterns in any game. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during KYC verification or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.
wintk employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, wintk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets placed during the period of violation, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Responsible Gaming
wintk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity and encourage all players to use the Platform in a way that remains enjoyable and within their personal financial means.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Time-out (cooling-off): Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period the account will remain open but no deposits, wagers, or bonus claims will be permitted.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling altogether may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting wintk support. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method.

Intellectual Property
All content on the wintk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of wintk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wintk. Unauthorised use of wintk intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wintk's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. wintk expressly excludes liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss of any nature arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Service interruptions caused by factors outside wintk's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or acts of government.
- Any losses arising from a player's own failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player shared credentials or failed to log out from a shared device.
Privacy and Data Protection
wintk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. wintk uses your data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. wintk does not sell personal data to third parties. Amendments to These Terms
wintk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on this page.
